Checklists and templates to support your routines.
Short, focused PDFs that live next to your Avenqor courses and AI strategies. Print them, pin them, or keep them open while you work – they are built for real trading desks, not slideshows.
How resources connect to your courses
Think of them as tools that sit next to your PDFs.
When you work through an Avenqor course, you will see references to supporting resources: checklists, templates and review sheets. This page is the hub where you can access them in one place.
Some resources may unlock together with specific courses, while others will be available to all signed-in users as part of general education material.
Downloads here are placeholders – links will be wired to real PDFs in-app.
Core Avenqor resources.
This is a preview set. In production, the list will grow as new courses and AI templates are released.
Risk Management Foundations
TemplateGuide · Start here
A clear overview of how to limit risk before you even think about entries: account-level risk, risk per trade, daily loss limits and what to do after a losing streak.
Position Sizing Made Simple
TemplateGuide · Sizing basics
How to connect account size, risk percentage and stop distance to position size or lot size – with simple examples for Forex, Crypto and Binary structures.
Daily Trade Journal Principles
WorksheetFramework · Process
What a useful trading journal actually tracks: entries and exits, reasoning, rule breaks, screenshots and emotional notes – without turning journaling into a second job.
Weekly Review Playbook
WorksheetFramework · Review
A simple loop to review the last week: what worked, what did not, where rules were broken and which adjustments you'll test next week.
Pre-Session Preparation
ChecklistChecklist · Routine
A short, repeatable routine for the 15–20 minutes before you look at any chart: environment, focus, key levels, important news and risk limits for the session.
Strategy Snapshot Overview
TemplateGuide · Strategy map
How to summarise any strategy on a single page: market conditions, setup criteria, entry/exit rules, risk model and the typical mistakes to watch for.
Use with your courses
Attach each resource to a specific module.
Many Avenqor PDFs will include small icons or notes that link directly to a matching resource – for example, a risk checklist near the risk chapter or a journal sheet near a process module.
Build steady routines
Use the same sheets for at least a few weeks.
Instead of constantly switching tools, pick a small set of resources you actually use daily: one journal page, one checklist and one weekly review. Adjust them only when you see patterns over time.
Focus on behaviour
Keep notes on rules, not just outcomes.
When you review filled-out checklists and journals, pay attention to how often you followed your own rules. The goal is to build discipline first; performance metrics come after.
Resources support your decisions – they do not replace them.
Checklists and templates can help you stay organised and consistent. They do not remove market risk or guarantee any outcome. Avenqor remains education only.
